Tammy leads our Tampa and Orlando practices with a specialized focus in accounting & finance, internal audit, human resources and technology. Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Tammy started a Florida practice of a publicly held global professional services firm where she was consistently one of their top national producers. Tammy’s focus and commitment to client service helped to gain her trusted advisor status with a Fortune 50 client where she led an internal global team, including three sister organizations, in providing consulting, project and staffing services. She believes in investing herself in each new relationship and maintains credibility through performance.

Throughout her career, Tammy has been active in many professional and civic organizations including the United Way of Tampa Bay Women’s Leadership Group, American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, Institute of Internal Auditors (President, VP Education, currently Membership Co-Chair), Association of Corporate Growth, and the Institute of Management Accountants (President and Board of Directors).
