Before joining StevenDouglas, Tammy made her mark by establishing and leading the Florida practice of a publicly held global professional services firm. Her consistently outstanding performance placed her among the firm's top national producers. Tammy's dedication to client service earned her the status of a trusted advisor to a Fortune 50 client, where she spearheaded an internal global team, collaborating with three sister organizations to deliver consulting, project, and staffing services.

Tammy's exceptional contributions have not gone unnoticed by both professional and civic organizations. She has received several prestigious honors, including the Business Woman of the Year award from the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Her commitment to community engagement is evident through her recognition as Board Member of the Year by the Florida Coalition for Children and Big Sister of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay.

In addition to her career accomplishments, Tammy is actively involved in numerous local professional organizations, including Chief, Women's Executive Leadership (WEL), and the Orlando and Jacksonville Florida Institute of CFOs (fiCFO) groups. During the height of the pandemic, Tammy created emPOWer, a female executive organization based in Central and North Florida. Currently, she serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay and is the founder and chair of the annual Battle of the Bass Tournament in Polk County. Tammy also holds the position of Board Chair on the Camelot Community Care Board and is a dedicated member of the Tocqueville Society with United Way Suncoast, serving as both a Board member and Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee. In 2021, Tammy was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Florida Rehabilitation Council.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Tammy cherishes quality time spent with her husband, Darrell, her son, RD, and their beloved dog, Rocky. They can often be found enjoying their lakehouse, embarking on adventures, or exploring the country on memorable road trips. Tammy's dedication to her work, her community, and her family embodies her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the world around her.
