Shawn Santos is a seasoned executive search professional with over 25 years of experience, primarily focused on Accounting and Finance placements. Throughout his career, he has worked across multiple industries including Supply Chain, Technology, Human Resources, and Administrative functions. Before joining StevenDouglas, Shawn held senior leadership roles where he not only built and managed top-performing search teams but also developed national training programs and led thousands of in-person candidate interviews.

Known for his people-first approach, Shawn believes that building great relationships is at the heart of successful recruiting. He creates positive, memorable experiences for candidates and clients alike, staying connected long after an engagement is complete.
