Before transitioning into business development and recruiting, Shane worked hands-on in the accounting field, gaining experience across operational finance, capital calls and draws, month-end close, and systems implementations. His background gives him a unique perspective when working with clients, allowing him to understand their pain points and offer solutions that are both practical and strategic.
Shane takes a collaborative, problem-solving approach to business development, seeing himself as a resource rather than a salesperson. He maintains regular contact with both clients and candidates, always focused on building long-term partnerships. For Shane, every candidate could be a future client and every client, a potential long-term relationship.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and continues to leverage his financial expertise to support organizations in need of flexible, high-quality talent.
