After starting his recruiting career as an IT Intern Research Recruiter with StevenDouglas in 2020, after graduating from Duke University in 2023, Sam joined a Boutique Accounting & Finance firm in the DC Metro area where he built relationships with early career public accounting professionals and worked with the Senior Leadership to develop a keen understanding of how to best advise and assist job seeker’s as they explore meaningful experiences and long term interests through their career decisions.

Sam returned to StevenDouglas to continue building meaningful partnerships with candidates and clients, bringing his belief of the importance of a trusted relationship in navigating today's job market. Sam's dedication to his practice is driven by personal experience in entering the job market and receiving guidance from those whom he knew had his best interest at heart. He supports Steven Douglas’s national teams with a concentration on opportunities in the South Florida, Texas, and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Sam currently lives in Washington DC. He is a die-hard Miami Dolphins fan and a Blue Devil for life.
