Based in Detroit, Rob works closely with companies across the US and internationally, with particular expertise in engineering, strategy and executive-level roles. He is known for his ability to analyze complex business challenges and find elegant business solutions that solve customer needs quickly and effectively.
He began his career as a US Army Officer before transitioning into recruitment, where he focused on placing military veterans into leadership roles within manufacturing and operations. Over time, he advanced to lead teams focused within the space and later joined a global executive search firm to drive senior-level recruitment to include C-suite build outs and restructuring.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
