Rob Parker joins StevenDouglas as Vice President of the North Texas market specializing in Finance and Accounting Search. Rob has spent over twenty-five years providing senior-level talent to top industries nationally. He brings a high level of diverse experience, from opening new markets across the country and leading high-level search engagements, to building, developing, and leading high-performing search teams.

Rob’s commitment to building strong business relationships and pairing clients with high-caliber candidates is the key to his track record of success. He centers his practice on providing search services for mid-market to Fortune 500 companies and placing mid-level management to C-Suite Executives in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Treasury. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Rob gained experience with two nationally prominent Search and Staffing firms. He is incredibly driven to open new markets and expanding his client relationships to make a positive impact.

Rob served almost ten years with the US Marine Corps and is passionate about spending off time serving the veteran community from supporting those with PTSD or other mental health issues to helping transitioning service members find private sector employment. Rob also attended Sonoma State University.
