Operations Support Manager
Richard Vafiadou is a Technology Recruiter in the New York office of StevenDouglas. He supports the Project Resources and Executive Search divisions primarily for the Financial Services industry, tapping into the relationships and network he’s expanded since starting with the firm.
Previously, Richard was managing the daily operations of the office, including the on-boarding process, training and contract review for our project consultants. He served as a communication liaison for the firm’s external clients, internal employees and consultants. Given his great relationship skills, keen eye for talent and tremendous work ethic, he was promoted into a role where he has been instrumental in helping to expand the business by finding and delivering top talent to our clients.
Prior to joining StevenDouglas, he had experience in Human Resources, assisting internal employees and managing vendor relationships. Richard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
