Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Regan leads the Support Services team for the firm, including Financial Operations, Payroll, Accounting and Administrative Support. As a member of the StevenDouglas leadership team, he helps execute the firm’s strategies and goals, as well as overseeing the day-to-day financial management of the organization. Regan’s key responsibilities include managing risk and fiscal planning, alongside tracking the overall financial health of the firm and implementing accounting best practices. He brings over 25 years of experience in senior finance, accounting, and operational roles with a focus on fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities as well as a passion for innovation and efficiency.
Prior to joining the firm, Regan led the Accounting, Finance, Operations and Audit functions of national and multi-national organizations through times of rapid growth, including organizational transformations as well as mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in public accounting, working for leading regional and international accounting firms, servicing clients across industries ranging from small local to multi-national publicly traded companies.
Regan has multiple accounting degrees from the University of Florida and Florida International University. He holds his CPA license in the State of Florida and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. In his free time Regan enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with the local food bank.
