She is a seasoned supply chain and operations recruiter with over 15 years of experience in the talent and search industry. She has a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Engineering at all levels. Jen is the type of partner where no search is too small and no location is too challenging. She thrives on the challenge of finding the “purple squirrel” for her clients where other recruiters fall short. You will always get a sense of urgency and an efficient search partner with Jen.

Before joining StevenDouglas, Jen worked in the executive search industry for a large search firm where she built a brand and reputation for running successful recruiting teams. Her success with clients and candidates across the country has brought her to become an expert in the Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering space with many different industries.

Jen graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Her recruiting career has taken her to large cities like Los Angeles, Boston, and San Diego, but she is now back home in Denver, where she resides with her family.
