Jared Rabbito began his career in IT staffing while working for a boutique agency in South Florida. He quickly grew into the role of Senior Recruiter/Account Manager, where he not only placed IT Professionals nation-wide, but also managed local accounts building long-term relationships with hiring teams.

Jared brings a wealth of experience to StevenDouglas having specialized in placing Software Engineers, Security Engineers, and IT Professionals up to the Executive level. He takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, and believes that these relationships are paramount to his success in the industry.

Jared is a native Floridian having grown up in South Florida and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida.
