Hailey Berglund joins StevenDouglas as a Researcher for the Executive Search Division supporting recruitment efforts on senior management to C-Level search mandates. Hailey brings a strong understanding of the recruiting process, as well as the importance and urgency of each placement. Hailey believes in simultaneously ensuring the best fit for both the client and candidate alike and is committed to creating great outcomes for everyone involved.

Previously, Hailey cultivated her recruiting knowledge in the healthcare staffing industry where she worked supporting high-level, contract-related roles. Hailey is goal-oriented, a collaborative relationship builder, and has a tireless work ethic, which all together drives her success. Hailey graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Sociology and was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team.
