Fletcher Davidson brings more than two decades of strategic business development and sales leadership experience within the professional services industry to StevenDouglas. As Managing Director of Project and Interim Services for Central and North Florida, he focuses on building strong client relationships and helping organizations identify solutions to complex business challenges. Based in Tampa, Fletcher has deep roots in the Florida business community and extensive experience developing and expanding relationships throughout the region.

Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Fletcher held senior business development and sales leadership roles with some of the world’s leading consulting and professional services organizations. He has extensive experience across the Florida market, particularly Central and North Florida, and has also led and coached business development teams across the Southeast. A consistent top performer throughout his career, Fletcher combines his knowledge of the professional services landscape with a deep understanding of how to build relationships, uncover client needs and create opportunities for long-term partnership.

Fletcher believes strongly in servant leadership and approaches every client relationship with a genuine desire to help others succeed. He prioritizes listening and understanding before developing a course of action, allowing him to provide thoughtful solutions aligned with each client’s challenges and objectives. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and currently serves on the University of Florida Alumni Association Board of Directors and the University of Florida Family Giving Council. He previously served as President of AMIkids Tampa.
