Elizabeth Deschenes is the Managing Director of Executive Search for the Finance and Accounting division at StevenDouglas, based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 25 years of experience in executive search, she specializes in recruiting CFOs and C-suite leaders across a wide range of industries. Elizabeth began her career as a change management consultant before transitioning to executive search, where she combines her background in assessment and business with a passion for building strong professional networks.

Elizabeth is known for her consultative approach, deep market knowledge, and commitment to client success. Her expertise in finance and executive leadership recruitment has made her a trusted advisor to companies seeking to hire transformative talent.

She holds graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and in Management and Administration from Harvard University's Extension School. Outside of work, Elizabeth is an advocate for lifelong learning and community involvement. She has served as a volunteer instructor and Leadership Council member for Emory University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and is an active member of both the Harvard Business Club of Atlanta and Chaine des Rôtisseurs
