Eamon Reilly leads the Seattle office with a strong track record helping e-commerce, retail, insurance, and financial services organizations build and scale technology teams that power modern digital experiences. Since 2005, Eamon has partnered with clients ranging from high-growth disruptors to Fortune 100 brands. He specializes in delivering technology talent solutions and project execution support for initiatives tied to AI-driven customer engagement, omnichannel commerce, cloud modernization, digital payments, fraud prevention, customer data platforms, and product-led transformation.

Eamon has deep experience supporting end-to-end e-commerce technology initiatives including site replatforming, checkout optimization, mobile app development, personalization engines, , product analytics, UX/UI modernization, as well as inventory and fulfillment systems development. His work spans engineering, product, data, security, and design, and is passionate about helping clients stay competitive in an environment shaped by AI, automation, real-time analytics, and rising customer expectations.

Eamon also brings international experience supporting clients across Europe and South America. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, whether they’re exploring the Pacific Northwest or catching up between regular East Coast travel. An avid runner, Eamon stays active by training for long-distance races.
