Associate Recruiter - Technology Staffing & Consulting

Danielle Deese joined StevenDouglas in 2021 in an administrative support role for the South Florida Technology Staffing & Consulting Division and has since been promoted into an Associate Recruiter role because of her hard work and dedication. During her time at StevenDouglas, she developed knowledge in recruiting while assisting Project Managers and Directors submitting qualified candidates, communicating with clients, and practicing hands-on support through the onboarding of interim and staffing consultants.

Dani takes pride in being professional, personable, and respectful in all her interactions. She consistently takes pride in creating and maintaining trusting relationships with the candidates that she supports and represents. Dani graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Minor in Public Relations.
