Courtney Woolbright is a Director of Recruiting in the Interim Resources division at StevenDouglas, based in Atlanta, Georgia. She specializes in placing interim and project-based professionals in Finance and Accounting, supporting a wide range of clients with time-sensitive and critical talent needs. With over six years of experience in interim placement and a prior eight-year career in public accounting, Courtney brings both technical expertise and a strong understanding of client priorities to every search.

Prior to recruiting, Courtney worked in audit and technical accounting consulting, which gives her a unique edge in identifying qualified professionals and advising clients on complex hiring needs. Known for her transparent communication and attention to cultural fit, she is often referred to as a “job matchmaker” who prioritizes both personality alignment and business impact.

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Music from Furman University, a Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University, and is a licensed CPA in Georgia and South Carolina.
