Brittney brings more than a decade of recruiting experience to StevenDouglas, with the majority of her career dedicated to Human Resources search. She specializes in identifying HR talent from the Manager through C-suite level, partnering with organizations ranging from middle-market companies to Fortune 500 enterprises. Her expertise spans Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Labor Relations, and HR Business Partner and Generalist leadership.

Brittney began her career in corporate recruiting, where she gained firsthand experience building internal teams and understanding talent needs from an employer’s perspective. She later transitioned into executive search and has since built deep expertise within the Human Resources function. Throughout her career, she has been recognized as a top performer and multiple President’s Club and sales trip qualifier. Her combination of internal recruiting and executive search experience gives her a unique perspective on what organizations need from their HR leaders and what candidates are seeking in their next career opportunity.

Brittney takes a highly consultative approach to search, focusing on both the capabilities required for a role and the cultural alignment needed for long-term success. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with clients and candidates and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the search process, with the goal of creating partnerships that deliver lasting value for both sides. Brittney holds a B.B.A. with a concentration in Management from Morehead State University, is an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter and volunteers as a Wish Granter with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
