Our Executive Search team is comprised of highly specialized recruiters with an average of 15 years of recruiting industry experience, the majority of which have worked in Finance and Accounting roles prior to their careers in search. With over 20 years of experience in Executive Search, Elizabeth Jacobs, is a recognized expert in Chief Financial Officer search and leads the Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources search divisions as Executive Vice President at StevenDouglas. Elizabeth started with the firm in 2002, and since that time has substantially grown the Finance and Accounting Search practice first throughout Florida, and then expanded the practice nationally.
Elizabeth has been honored as one of South Florida’s top 25 Most Influential Business Women by the South Florida Business Journal. She enjoys working closely with clients, helping them explore their current and future hiring needs, as well as identifying individuals that will thrive within their culture. Her practice is focused on providing financial executives for emerging middle market to Fortune 500 companies. The Finance & Accounting practice specialties include general accounting, financial reporting, finance, treasury, tax and audit searches from mid-level management to C-level executives.
Before joining StevenDouglas, Elizabeth managed two branch offices for an international search firm for four years. Prior to entering the search industry, she worked for Morgan Stanley for seven years in the areas of corporate tax, investment banking and corporate accounting.
Elizabeth is active with a number of non-profit organizations. Most notably, she has helped raise over $2 million for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital chairing the Diamond Angel’s Gala. Additionally, she serves on the board of the South Florida Business Forum, and stays active with the Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Women’s Executive Leadership (WEL), and the United Way Women’s Leadership Program.
Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, became a CPA in NY, and then completed her MBA from Fordham University.

Craig Lewis joins StevenDouglas as Senior Vice President of the Interim Resources Division, and a seasoned business development and general management professional with over 30 years of experience in various roles across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Professional Services. Throughout his career, Craig has worked with notable companies such as GE, Clorox, Exide, and several professional services firms. He successfully led teams of up to 150 people with P&L responsibilities up to $600 million. His teams have achieved significant revenue growth including more than tripling the revenue of a local Atlanta practice
With a strong focus on client needs and expertise in business development and strategic planning, Craig provides optimal client service to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. As an individual sales director he closed more than $25 million in revenue to Fortune 500 clients.
Craig is passionate about working with both clients and candidates to meet the growing demand for flexible project work. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.

Having spent the majority of his career in professional services, Mr. Hafetz has built a strong reputation for his uncompromising client service orientation. His long-lasting business relationships, coupled with his Big 4 background and knowledge of project-based professional services gives him the credibility that has enabled him to recruit top-tier talent to join the StevenDouglas team.
Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Dan spent 10 years in progressive accounting, human resources and recruiting positions. Most recently he was a Client Services Director, responsible for building the South Florida office of a global project-based professional services firm. His role encompassed management of the associate base, service to existing clients, proactive recruitment of accomplished professionals and management of project resource allocation.
Dan’s career started in public accounting with the Philadelphia office of Coopers & Lybrand, where he supervised financial and operational audits in a variety of industries. He received both his Bachelors of Science and Masters degrees in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

With 30 plus years of professional services industry background, Karen provides leadership for the Project & Interim Services practice in the Midwest in addition to managing the day to day operations of the Minneapolis office of StevenDouglas. In this position, Karen develops new business and hires experienced professionals in the areas of finance & accounting, internal audit/compliance, and human resources. StevenDouglas provides high caliber individuals to assist a wide variety of clients in solving their business issues. Our clients include CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance and Internal Audit, VPs of HR, Directors and Managers, CIOs and Directors of IT.
Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Karen led the Minneapolis office of a global professional services firm to an all-time high for revenue growth, profitability and employee headcount. She developed new client business in the areas of finance and accounting, internal audit and human resources. Karen spent over 17 years at various consulting firms including PwC, Deloitte, and Towers Perrin (now WillisTowersWatson). Karen has a proven ability to scope and collaborate with her clients and truly understand their needs. She has a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering the highest level of service.
Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, is involved with several professional organizations, and serves on the Board of CornerHouse, an interagency child abuse evaluation and training center.

Kari Benson has spent more than 13 years building long-term client relationships and as a result has been highly successful in the areas of business development, recruiting, and executive search. Her expert ability to source and assess talent has enabled Kari to provide clients with the resources they need to successfully carry out key internal initiatives that produce a clear bottom-line impact.
As a member of the StevenDouglas Project Resources Division, Kari focuses primarily on providing experienced project professionals that assist clients in the areas of finance and accounting, audit and compliance, human resources, and information technology. Kari serves both public and private companies effectively by utilizing her broad-based business experience to properly assess a client’s needs and bring them the appropriate resources to meet their objectives.
Before joining StevenDouglas, Kari held various progressive management roles with a Fortune 500 recruiting firm. During her tenure she was the recipient of numerous awards in which she was recognized for both performance and excellence. As Managing Director for the Miami locations, she was among the top 10% nationwide in an organization with over 10,000 employees.
Kari earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Management from the University of North Dakota. Throughout her career, Kari has been active in Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc. and Susan G.Komen Fight for the Cure. She is also one of the founders of the first kickball league in Miami. Her hobbies include freelance photography which has earned her five 1st place awards from the Florida Press Association.

Tammy has been a driving force behind the success of StevenDouglas' Central Florida Project practice since 2009. In 2020, she extended her leadership to North Florida. With a specialized focus in accounting & finance, internal audit, and human resources, Tammy is widely recognized for her commitment to building strong client relationships and maintaining credibility through exceptional performance.
Before joining StevenDouglas, Tammy made her mark by establishing and leading the Florida practice of a publicly held global professional services firm. Her consistently outstanding performance placed her among the firm's top national producers. Tammy's dedication to client service earned her the status of a trusted advisor to a Fortune 50 client, where she spearheaded an internal global team, collaborating with three sister organizations to deliver consulting, project, and staffing services.
Tammy's exceptional contributions have not gone unnoticed by both professional and civic organizations. She has received several prestigious honors, including the Business Woman of the Year award from the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Her commitment to community engagement is evident through her recognition as Board Member of the Year by the Florida Coalition for Children and Big Sister of the Year by Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay.
In addition to her career accomplishments, Tammy is actively involved in numerous local professional organizations, including Chief, Women's Executive Leadership (WEL), and the Orlando and Jacksonville Florida Institute of CFOs (fiCFO) groups. During the height of the pandemic, Tammy created emPOWer, a female executive organization based in Central and North Florida. Currently, she serves on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa Bay and is the founder and chair of the annual Battle of the Bass Tournament in Polk County. Tammy also holds the position of Board Chair on the Camelot Community Care Board and is a dedicated member of the Tocqueville Society with United Way Suncoast, serving as both a Board member and Chair of the Executive Compensation Committee. In 2021, Tammy was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Florida Rehabilitation Council.
Outside of her professional and community commitments, Tammy cherishes quality time spent with her husband, Darrell, her son, RD, and their beloved dog, Rocky. They can often be found enjoying their lakehouse, embarking on adventures, or exploring the country on memorable road trips. Tammy's dedication to her work, her community, and her family embodies her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on the world around her.

With a valuable combination of nearly 20 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience, alongside an extensive background in client services providing interim resources to businesses, Mr. Pami has earned a reputation for being a trusted advisor to his clients and peers since 1994. His emphasis on developing long lasting business relationships combined with his Big 4 background at KPMG, credentials as a previously licensed New Jersey CPA, and multiple roles within corporate finance, provides Anthony the ability to thoughtfully analyze a business and determine the appropriate talent for current and future interim needs.
Anthony joins StevenDouglas as a Client Service Director within the NY/NJ Interim Resources practice with a successful track-record of assisting clients with their urgent projects and Interim resource needs. Prior to entering the professional services industry, Anthony held positions within areas of Segment Controllership and Financial Reporting at ADP, as well as working within the pharmaceutical industry in both Mergers & Acquisitions and Financial Reporting. Anthony began his career in accounting and finance, where he worked in client services for over 5 years and earned his CPA while elevating to the role of Assurance Manager at KPMG.
Anthony has a strong and established network of client relationships within private and public companies throughout the Tri-state area. He regularly partners with C-Level Finance, Accounting and Human Resource professionals from diverse businesses, from small and mid-market companies to several larger Fortune 500 corporations. His areas of focus include Finance & Accounting, with a specialty in Audit, Tax and Treasury roles, as well as serving clients with Human Resource, Supply Chain and Project Management needs. Anthony graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Accounting.

Bridget Lacey is an energized business development professional for over twelve years, with the past six years focused on her accounting and finance network in the Chicago area. She is a natural connector in the Finance and Accounting space in her Chicago community, helping to create opportunities for both clients and candidates in the region. Bridget is known for her positive energy, curious spirit and collaborative approach.
Bridget’s career began in Chicago at a Big 4 public accounting firm and with additional experience in finance and internal audit with a large, publicly-traded company. She then moved into sales operations and client relationship roles with tech companies, and accounting and interim staffing professional services firms. Bridget’s breadth of experience and deep understanding of the market allows her to bring a wholistic mindset to each opportunity and client.
Bridget is known for helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving business environment by ensuring they are connected to top talent - both in Chicago and nationally. She prides herself on being a true, long-term partner for her trusted connections, and enjoys helping others develop their accounting and finance careers with quality work and a wide variety of experiences.
Bridget graduated from Saint Louis University earning a Masters in Accounting. She enjoys golfing and is a member of the Ambassadors Council for First Tee - Greater Chicago, an organization that is empowering kids and teens through the game of golf by seamlessly integrating a life skills curriculum into the program and providing experiences for development, empowerment and growth.
