Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. – July 1, 2019 – StevenDouglas has been making on-going growth and expansion announcements over the last few years.  This year’s Top 50 Recruiter ranking lists them as the #1 firm based in Florida and the #2 firm in the SE region. Hunt Scanlon Media, a thought leader in the recruiting industry, does an annual Top 50 Recruiters in the U.S. list, ranking firms by Executive Search revenue.

Inclusion on this prestigious list is on the heels of CEO & Founder, Steve Sadaka being named an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in Florida, as well as the firm being ranked #1 on The List of Top Executive Search Firms in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ).  Also, recent announcements demonstrate the firm’s executive leadership is being sought out as thought leaders in the area of Human Capital and that they are committed to continuing to make a positive in the community.

President Matthew Shore said, “We are grateful to Hunt Scanlon for the recognition and we are incredibly appreciative of our clients who put their trust in us and the hard work and dedication of our amazing team who make a difference in people’s lives every day.”

Recently, Matthew Shore was invited to join the South Florida Business Journal’s Leadership Trust, an Invitation-Only Community for Top Business Decision Makers in the South Florida area who are influential business leaders, executives and entrepreneurs.

“South Florida’s thriving business community is driven by leaders like Matt Shore,” said Melanie Dickinson, President and Publisher of South Florida Business Journal. “We’re honored to bring these business influencers together by creating a space where leaders can connect with and strengthen one another, build their businesses and increase their impact on our community.”

This year Mr. Shore participated as a panelist in the South Florida Business Journal’s Power Leaders discussion that focused on making South Florida a thriving and smart economy for the future, including topics such as transportation, workforce quality, and affordable housing.  He also was an invited speaker at the annual Association for Corporate Growth’s national InterGrowth conference last month, where he was part of an expert panel discussing Human Capital: The Greatest Value and Risk To The Success Of M&A Transactions.
