StevenDouglas Promotes Jamie Javorsky to Vice President

StevenDouglas is pleased to announce the promotion of Jamie Javorsky to Vice President of Technology Staffing and Consulting for the South Florida market. Since re-joining our firm in 2015, Jamie has played a critical role in expanding strategic account relationships, driving new client development and recruiting new talent to the firm.

In his newly expanded role, Jamie will have accountability for making sure that the StevenDouglas brand continues to be known for exceptional quality and service. “Jamie is a great leader who has built tremendous relationships and a stellar reputation over his 18 years in the industry” said Matt Shore, President of StevenDouglas. “Jamie is very deserving of this promotion and I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to expand our technology practice.”

Jamie began his career working with a billion dollar international recruiting firm where he quickly grew into the role of recruiting manager and managed a large team. After that, Jamie became Managing Partner of a boutique recruiting firm for ten years before joining StevenDouglas.
