July 26, 2019 – Executive search firm StevenDouglas is continuing its recent expansion with the opening of new offices in Princeton, NJ and Boston. The openings follow the launch of five new offices in 2018 and a growth rate of more than 35 percent already this year.

John Gramer was named vice president of executive search, and is based out of the firm’s Princeton office. He brings over 40 years of recruiting experience and has placed top talent across the C-suite from CEOs, COOs and CFOs to marketing and sales executives. Mr. Gramer previously was president of healthcare-focused Cejka Search. Before that, he oversaw the New York Randstad Professionals office that specializes in accounting and finance, marketing and sales, and human resources permanent and staffing positions.

Leading the Boston office is Kirk Bukowski, vice president of executive search. He has more than 25 years in executive search and talent acquisition consulting. Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Mr. Bukowski led the North American search practice for the Bowdoin Group. Before that, he was national managing partner, executive search with Tatum. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bukowski served as president of two firms that he founded, Tabor Harrison and KTB Associates. In addition to his work with private equity firms, he has significant experience with public and private firms, with a focus on C-suite and CFO search.

“This expansion is in direct response to continued requests from existing clients with a significant presence in these markets, and private equity firms investing in these areas.” said Matt Shore, president of StevenDouglas. “While we are pleased to open up offices in two strategic locations, we are truly excited to add John and Kirk to our national executive search practice. These are two incredibly talented and respected veterans of our industry, and we are lucky to have them on our team.”
