Manager of Recruiting- Project Resources

Jennifer Sesto joined the Finance & Accounting Search Division of Steven Douglas Associates in 2011. Her primary focus is on candidate recruiting in the South Florida region with a focus on middle management. Jennifer prides herself on being able to relate to her candidates having been on a similar career path. Her prior experience in public and private accounting also allows her to better match candidate’s skill sets to our client’s needs.

 

Prior to transitioning into the recruiting industry, Jennifer worked in operations accounting for a Fortune 500 company in South Florida. Her past experience includes 5 successful years in public accounting, where she specialized in audit.

 

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Niagara University. Jennifer holds her CPA from New York State.
