Frank has spent his career focused on providing the financial services industry with technology resources. What started as single resource recruiting has grown into a practice that deploys entire project teams for mission critical initiatives. Having worked for a large global recruiting firm, Frank has a proven recruiting methodology that is strictly measured by the success of the technology projects he has supported.
Prior to joining Steven Douglas, Frank was Vice President and Recruiting Lead for Global Market Technology at Bank of America where he developed executive relationships and a deep understanding of the talent required to succeed at a major investment bank. Parallel to Frank’s relationship management efforts, he played an intricate role in recruiting the talent that his clients deemed imperative to have on site in order to ensure the success of a given project. He recognizes that the most important part of this business is to understand the human side of human capital. He has built long-lasting trusting relationships and enjoys a strong referral network and loyal client base.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the SUNY Oswego and is a dedicated volunteer youth baseball coach.
