Steven Douglas Associates was founded in 1984 with the vision of becoming the premier boutique search firm in the country. Over the years, the firm expanded the scope of services to include project-based professional services, but the one thing never changed was our commitment to quality service.

Whether we are conducting an executive search or providing a resource for a critical project, our proven ability to identify, recruit and assess talent drives our success. As such, it is imperative that our own team includes seasoned professionals with a deep understanding of specialized industries and disciplines, highly developed relationship-building skills and consultative techniques that deliver results.
