Mr. Dello has used his extensive experience in both corporate and business-to-business negotiations to execute and conduct national searches within the health services industry.
Ralph has developed long-standing relationships with his clients by providing them with top candidates with exceptional credentials. He has developed the business based on referrals, a strong can-do attitude and sense of urgency for his clients.
His client base includes such companies as Cardinal Health, McKesson, Select Specialty Hospital Group, Coram and Advocate RX, to name a few.
Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Ralph was in the pharmacy recruitment division at Comp Health, where worked for several years.
Ralph earned an Associates degree in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the New York Institute of Technology.
