Since beginning her executive search career in 1997, Ms. Varghese’s practice has focused on providing search services in the information technology arena. The scope of her IT searches includes senior-level directors, vice presidents, programmers and networking professionals.
Before joining Steven Douglas in 2001, Azeena worked at a national recruiting firm where she focused primarily on IT contract placements. She has built a reputation for uncompromising client service and her ability to identify and attract highly sought-after talent for her clients.
Born and raised in Bangalore, India, Azeena earned her Masters Degree in Communication from the University of Denver.
