Since founding Steven Douglas Associates in 1984, Mr. Sadaka has built the firm into one of the largest boutique search and project-based professional services firms in the country.
Mr Sadaka has a reputation in the industry for delivering top quality service to his clients. His objectivity and commitment to excellence has resulted in substantial repeat business with many clients using Steven Douglas Associates for over 20 years.
Steve’s clients range in size from small to mid-size public and private companies to Fortune 50 corporations. Over the years, his ability to deliver top talent in the areas of Human Resources and Financial Officers helped establish the foundation of the firm. In recent years he has built and led the Financial Services/Private Wealth practice into a national leader in the sector.
Mr. Sadaka was formerly with Price Waterhouse, serving in their audit practice in Miami. He is involved with numerous charities in South Florida, including being a Board Member for KIDS in Distress.
Steve graduated with a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
