Over the course of his career, Mr. Rosenberg has developed a diverse nationwide practice in the legal field, fueled by numerous referrals from satisfied clients and candidates. He has had a successful track record of placing senior and junior level attorneys in law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the country. His placements have been in virtually every practice area and into premier law firms of all sizes, from sophisticated boutiques to multinational, institutional firms.
Les manages and conducts national attorney searches for a diversified client base, ranging from start-ups seeking their first in-house counsels to Fortune 500 companies with specialized needs for their established legal teams.
Les takes a personalized, hands-on approach to legal recruiting. His engaging, professional style and outstanding listening skills have enabled him to better understand the perspectives of both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Les was responsible for the placement of financial professionals at one of the largest firms in New York City.
Les is a graduate of Brooklyn College, CUNY, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
