Becky Johnson joined the Minneapolis Project Division Office as Director of Client Service in June 2008. Becky has 15 plus years of progressive human resource management experience. Most recently, she was in a new business development role for Xact! Due Diligence, LLC, a global leader in background investigations. In this role, Becky managed processes and business development for a newly formed subsidiary; developed, organized and implemented new processes to support the business strategy; and built client relationships in financial services focusing on alternative investments, private equity, hedge funds and similar markets.
Prior to Xact!, Becky was Human Resources Manager at GMAC Rescap in which she served as a strategic business partner with the CFO, CAO, Treasurer, and SFO’s for their Business Channel Finance Group including approximately 300 employees across multiple U.S. locations. Becky also served as Director of Human Resources & Compliance with Pinnacle Financial Group Inc.; Human Resources Manager with Doherty Employer Services; Human Resources Consultant and Manager for Honeywell; and Research Assistant and Manager of Human Resources for the University of MN.
Becky has a Masters degree in Technical Communication with an emphasis in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota and is All But Dissertation with a doctor of philosophy in Human Resource Development, also from the University of Minnesota.
Becky is involved in her community and serves as a volunteer career consultant with WomenVenture a Minnesota based non-profit whose mission is to assist women in securing their own economic success and prosperity.
