| Carol Daly-Bygrave

Ms. Daly-Bygrave began her career in the technology sector in 1996 with an international recruiting firm, and joined Steven Douglas Associates in 2002. Over the years, her clients have increasingly relied on her to provide talent on a staff augmentation, total project solution and executive search basis.
Ms. Daly-Bygrave has developed a vast knowledge of the evaluation, selection and implementation processes related to ERP Solutions, with an emphasis on Oracle solutions. She has a unique ability to partner with clients that are contemplating and/or engaged in the process of implementing or upgrading systems.
Prior to her technology career, she served in the U.S. Navy for three years active duty and was stationed in Spain. During that period, she traveled to several countries in Europe and Africa. In conjunction with active duty service, she served four years in the Naval Reserves. While on reserve duty, she received a medal for serving during Desert Storm.
Carol is fluent in English, Spanish and proficient in French. She has a Bachelor's degree from Florida International University.
