Managing Director - Jacksonville Office
Ms. Cuthbertson’s practice is focused on building Steven Douglas’s North Florida project resource division, primarily within the finance, accounting and audit related areas.
Prior to joining Steven Douglas Associates, Susan ran the newly opened local office of a project resources firm, successfully growing the practice from one to nearly 40 full-time project-based associates within a two-year period.
Susan’s career prior to entering project-based professional services included Senior Manager in KPMG LLP’s Jacksonville office. During her tenure in public accounting, her clients consisted of both public and private companies within consumer markets, including manufacturing and retail-focused entities.
Susan has a proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with all levels of business leaders and boasts a strong track record in delivery of exceptional service and quality to clients and associates.
Susan earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both accounting and finance from The Florida State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant.
She serves and has served on numerous boards including: the Association for Corporate Growth and Women Executive Leadership, and is a current member of the Jacksonville Women's Business Center and Mandarin Christian School's Impact Cheer Fundraising Committees.
